  • What Is a SMART Repair?

    SMART repair stands for 'Small, Medium Area Repair Technology'. It's the process of repairing as small area as possible on your vehicle to make it look as good as new. The SMART Repair service is designed to maintain as much of the factory paint finish whilst offering the highest quality repair possible at a time and place convenient for you.

  • What can be repaired?

    As a rule panels that can be repaired mobile are limited to vertical panels (Bumpers, doors, wings and bootlids). Alloy wheels and stone chips / chipped door edges are also repairable dependant on the level of damage. As a part of a network of businesses if the repair exceeds what we can offer we can point you into the right direction of an approved company we have used ourselves!

  • Where can the repair be carried out?

    When requesting a quote for your repair please include the address/location you’d like the repair to take place. We cover London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent & Suffolk (For certain areas a small fee may be incurred). All we require is space to work with our van nearby and permission of the land owner to be there.

  • How long does a repair take?

    Our repairs are carried out on a same day basis. An average repair time is 1:30-3 hours meaning repairs can be carried out around your schedule and offer you as much flexibility as possible with your appointment.

  • Does the weather affect my repair taking place?

    Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure your repair goes ahead we can’t always attend due to the weather! We carry an awning onboard which can be used to cover your car in case of rain. Unfortunately if there is an extreme heat, storm warning or strong winds and rain forecast the repair will need to be rescheduled to the soonest available gap. This will not affect your booking fee for your appointment.

  • Are your repairs guaranteed?

    We’re passionate about what we do - meaning our standards are extremely high! We offer a guarantee of 6 months in line with a high quality repair we provide our repairs will outlast this no problem at all - if an issue should arrive, rest assured we will resolve any problems to ensure you, the customer is happy and kept in the loop.

  • What are the conditions of your guarantee?

    • You must have observed our Aftercare instructions.

    • No guarantee is offered against damage to the finish caused by any corrosion or rust.

    • No guarantee is offered against failure of a previous aftermarket paintwork repair completed by a third party.

    • No guarantee is offered against further accidental damage or impact, normal wear and tear including stone chipping and inappropriate aftercare once the vehicle has been returned to the customer.

    • Touch-up repairs are excluded from our guarantee.
